Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes? |

Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may
be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These
charges are separate from Fluid Defenses' charges and are beyond our control
or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. |

How can I check the status of my order? |
|
|
View the Live Orders section underneath the Accounts tab in your login area. Your
tracking number will appear adjacent to you order. Click on this link, and you
will be provided with tracking information. |

Registered users can track their order through the Account tab. Depending
on the status of your order, it will appear on either the Open Orders, or Account
Info - Open Invoices page.
