What is your return policy? |

Items can be returned within 30 days of invoice date if they are still in their
orignal packaging. Refunds are for the cost of product, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Will I need to pay sales tax on my purchases? |
|
|
Fluid Defense Systems currently collects sales tax on purchases shipped to end users
in Illinois. If you have a valid tax-exemption claim, you must send us a properly
completed exemption certificate before ordering.
Important points to remember:
• Please make sure all required fields are completed including the type of exemption
you are claiming. Incomplete forms
will not be accepted.
• A copy of your business sales tax permit is not an acceptable substitute for the
state-approved form.
• If you are purchasing items for your own use, we cannot accept a resale exemption
certificate. You must pay sales tax on on these items.

What are the warranties on merchandise? |

Fluid Defense Systems stands behind its products completely. We manufacture our products
to withstand the toughest work environments. So we don't anticipate that you will
ever have any problems with any of our merchandise and thus have to return any of
our products. If for some reason you do, we want to know about it. Call or write
us, and please provide the invoice number of the item. |
